Valentine's Day Contest

We are asking for the most creative homemade Valentine's Day Card for a police officer. CSPD Chief Vince Niski will choose the top three cards. Those cards will then be shared on social media for our community to vote on their favorite. The overall winning valentine creator will get Lieutenant Flash as their own. Even better, Lieutenant Flash will be delivered to the winner's home with a special police escort. At the end of the contest, all Valentine's Day Cards that are submitted will be handed out to CSPD officers around the city.
