Here are the top three stories in Colorado Springs today:
- Mountain Metro District has launched a new app for mobile ticketing. Ride MMT can be downloaded to purchase and display tickets during the boarding process. The app is free and tickets can still be bought from the Transit Admin Office or vending machines. (FOX21News.com)
- The Colorado Springs Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 604 Bonfoy Ave on Monday evening. The fire was contained in a two-car detached garage. It took fire crews around 15 minutes to control the fire. The cause of the fire is currently being investigated by the department. (KRDO)
- There is plenty to do in the Colorado Springs area throughout the rest of the month. Most notably, cooking classes are being offered by the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts, The French Kitchen, and The Seasoned Chef.
