AURORA, CO — Police in Aurora are looking for the driver of a car that struck and killed an elderly pedestrian on Wednesday evening, according to media reports. The police on Thursday issued a Medina Alert on the department's Twitter account for the hit-and-run driver, describing her as "possibly a Hispanic female driver who was talking on the phone."

The car in the collision is described as a light-colored sedan, believed to be a 2002-2004 Toyota Camry. The police said the car should have damage on the front right side on the quarter panel and windshield.
