Broncos Trade Demaryius Thomas to Houston Texans
Thomas was traded in exchange for a fourth-round pick in the 2019 draft, John Elway confirmed.

DENVER, CO – The Broncos have traded wide receiver and Superbowl team-member Demaryius Thomas to the Houston Texans.
According to 9NEWS, the Broncos traded Thomas in exchange for a fourth-round pick in the 2019 draft.
Thomas, drafted by the Broncos in 2010, was part of the 2015 Broncos Super Bowl 50 team during the record-setting Manning year. In 2012, Thomas caught a game-changing overtime touchdown pass from Tim Tebow against the favored Pittsburgh Steelers that propelled the Broncos into a playoff victory.

"Demaryius was a great Bronco. I told him he will always be a Bronco," said General Manager John Elway in a 9NEWS interview. " I know he wanted to finish his career with the Broncos and that didn't work out, but when he's finished he'll go up in our Ring of Fame."
