DENVER, CO – Do you have an apartment or room in your home you'd like to rent out to earn extra money as a short-term rental?
Two years ago, Denver created new rules and a registration system for short-term rentals. Home sharing is a way for Denver residents to earn extra money with their homes. But the city wants to make sure homeowners are in compliance with new rules.
You can find out how to register your property as a home-share for short term rentals at two free workshops co-hosted by Airbnb and the City of Denver. New insurance requirements go into effect in February, so even if your property is registered with the city, you may need an update.
