Denver Mom Gets Special Shoutout: 'She Is A Super Woman'

DENVER, CO— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

Here at Patch we've launched an initiative to help recognize the awesome moms and mom figures in communities like yours.

What makes your Mom extra special?

She's a wonderful person. She takes care of my other sister ... on top of four boys, all different ages, up to high school. [This is] on top of work meetings, house work [and] also on top of dealing with an illness. She is a super woman.

Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?

Because of all the things she does — [she's] super woman and a wonderful woman.
