Fatal Stabbing On West Colfax A Homicide: Police
A death investigation in West Colfax led to a determination that a man had been stabbed in a homicide, Denver police said.

DENVER, CO – Police said Thursday night that a fatal stabbing on West Colfax Avenue was being investigated as a homicide.
Police tweeted around 5:30 p.m. that they were investigating a death in the 3600 block of West Colfax Avenue. A few hours later, police updated the information to say the victim was an adult male and that the case was considered a homicide.

Police did not name the victim, or any potential suspect.
The investigation is continuing, police said. Anyone with information is asked to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP. Callers may remain anonymous.
