DENVER, CO — Gov. Jared Polis, whose wealth is estimated to be in the hundreds of millions, paid nothing in federal income taxes between 2013 and 2015, according to a ProPublica report published Thursday.

Polis, former Education Secretary Betsy DeVos and other wealthy politicians are named in the report, which is part of ProPublica's investigations into how wealthy Americans use tax loopholes.

Polis called on President Donald Trump in 2017 to release his tax returns, but then Polis' transparency demands grew quiet during his run for governor, and he declined to disclose his returns, according to the report.
