Hunt For Hit-&-Run Driver: $2K Reward Offered For Information
Denver police are seeking the driver of a Cadillac-like sedan who hit three pedestrians on Thanksgiving, killing a 65-year-old woman.

DENVER, CO – Denver police are still seeking witnesses or anyone who can identify the driver of a vehicle that struck three pedestrians on Thanksgiving night, killing a woman and injuring her husband and daughter.
Karen King, 65, of Hoover, Alabama, was killed at the scene, while her husband, Alabama Judge Alan King and daughter Kendall King were injured in the crosswalk at the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Quebec Street.
Police described the car that hit the King family members and fled the scene as a dark-colored sedan, possibly a Cadillac, with damage to the windshield and front end. No license plate number was released.

News reports said the King parents had been visiting their daughter for Thanksgiving in Denver.
Karen King was a media specialist at Rocky Ridge Elementary School in Hoover, Alabama. Her district colleagues remember her as an educator "dedicated to children and their learning," according to a statement from Kathy Murphy, superintendent of Hoover City Schools in Alabama.
