Convergence Station is set to include dozens of rooms and more than 70 installations.
Tickets are $35 for Colorado residents and $45 for visitors from outside the state.
The exhibition will also include a gift shop and a 450-person live performance venue.
Meow Wolf opened the House of Eternal Return in Santa Fe in 2016, and the Omega Mart in Las Vegas earlier this year, but the 90,000 square-foot Denver installation will be the company's largest exhibition.
Convergence Station, at 1338 1st St., will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday; and 10 a.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays.
