Who Killed Deandre Abrams? Denver Police Seek Information

Denver police are offering a $2,000 reward for information about a Jan. 21 homicide in Denver's Five Points neighborhood.

DENVER, CO – Do you know who shot and killed Deandre Abrams? Police are asking for the help of the community to identify the person or persons involved with the fatal shooting of Abrams, 32, in the Five Points neighborhood.

In the early morning on Monday, Jan. 21, police were called in response to a report of shots fired in the 2300 block of Glenarm Place. Abrams was found around 2:30 a.m. with a gunshot wound at 2320 Glenarm. He was taken to Denver Health Medical Center, where he died.

"Lead investigators are still working to develop suspect information," said Doug Schepman of the DPD Media Relations Unit last week. "If anyone has any information about this case, we encourage them to get ahold of investigators."

Tipsters can be eligible to receive $2,000 for information by calling Metro Denver Crime Stoppers (720) 913-7867 - (720) 913-STOP. To be eligible for the award and to remain anonymous, tipsters must call the tip line. The tip line is answered 24 hours a day - 7 days a week
