Beer Truck Catches Fire On Highway Near Golden
A semi hauling boxes of beer caught fire on the eastbound I70 near the 6th Avenue exit.
GOLDEN, CO – A semi hauling beer caught fire on I-70, causing traffic delays and rubber-neckers. The vehicle fire was near the 6th Avenue exit traveling eastbound.
Drivers reported hearing an explosion on the highway around 3:15 p.m.
"Oh the humanity," tweeted the Colorado State Patrol.

After a hazmat team cleaned up, traffic flow was restored, CSP said.
