Emergency Training Class Offered In Lakewood

Community Emergency Response Training will be offered for three sessions in October.

LAKEWOOD, CO – As images of Hurricane Florence's destructive wake sweep across the country, you may wonder, "What would I do in an emergency situation?"

Lakewood's Office of Emergency Management conducts tests and training throughout the year for natural and man-made emergencies that could impact the city and its residents.

You can join in on that training by attending a three-session Community Emergency Response Training (CERT) class, October 13th, 20th, and 27th from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
