Inspiring Residents To Be Honored In Lakewood [WATCH]
12 residents and organizations will receive 2018 Mayor's Inspiration Awards. Hear their stories here.

LAKEWOOD, CO – The names have been revealed! The winners of the 2018 Mayor's Inspiration Awardshave been released. Twelve residents and Lakewood organizations nominated for their "inspiring work in the community" will be honored Monday at the Lakewood City Council meeting.
A panel of judges made up of city staff and volunteers reviewed the nominations and Mayor Adam Paulmade the final selection based on "contributions in community engagement, collaboration, inclusiveness,diversity, innovation and community impact," organizers said.
The celebration of the twelve winners also kicks off Colorado Cities and Towns Week.
