Littleton Officials: Weigh In On Downtown Code Amendments
City leaders want to hear from you!
LITTLETON, CO—The city is seeking input from the public to ensure that the draft Phase II Downtown Littleton amendments will carry out the Comprehensive Plan’s goals and policies.
Earlier this year, city council adopted Phase I amendments to the city’s land use codes to address conflicts with the Comprehensive Plan relative to downtown development. Phase II has begun to further amend the codes to address additional issues in downtown.
Virtual "office hours" will be held with city planners so that participants can ask questions and offer feedback on the Phase II amendments. Office hours will be Monday through Friday throughout the month of July from 9-10 a.m. and 2-3 p.m. and reservations are required.
