2 Killed In Watertown House Fire: Police
Fire officials said that upon arrival, the home was heavily involved with fire as the roof collapsed in.
WATERTOWN, CT — Two people were killed in a fire on Friday morning in Watertown, police said.
At 3:52 a.m. officials received a report of a residential fire at 28 Pleasant View Ave. in Oakville.
The fire and police departments responded, finding a single-family home fully engulfed in flames, police said.

Two people were found dead inside the home.
The IDs have not yet been released. Fire officials said that upon arrival, the home was heavily involved with fire as the roof collapsed in.

"It is with great sadness that this was a fatal fire, with two victims found deceased inside the residence. The fire remains under investigation with CT State Fire Marshall's office, Waterbury State's Attorney's office, and Watertown Fire Marshall's office," fire officials said.
