CCSU Switches To Remote Operations For All Students, Faculty, Employees
Central Connecticut State University has changed to remote operations Monday.

Central Connecticut State University moved to remote operations for faculty, employees and all students. The change comes after the state announced an increase in the covid positivity rate and the challenges many residents have faced in acquiring available testing.

The university will not have any walk-in services and closed administrative offices like the Bursar and Registrar office and on campus buildings such as the Student Center, library and recreation center.
CCSU staff that was scheduled to report to work on Monday was authorized to work remotely as practicable.

Only employees designated as Level 1, or essential, are allowed to be on campus as scheduled.
The university said it plans to send a message to faculty and students which outlines a go-forward plan for the rest of the week.
