Avon Election Results 2025: Democrats Maintain Town Council Stranglehold: UPDATE
Avon residents cast their ballots for several key local races on Election Day. Here are the latest results.

AVON, CT — The polls have now closed as Avon residents cast their votes for several key municipal positions in town.
Tuesday night, Avon's Democrats retained their dominant hold on the Avon Town Council, securing four seats to just one for the GOP.
Elected to the council were: Democrats Anthony Weber, Dan Polhamus, Barbara Ausiello, and Erin Barthel.

The lone Avon Republican elected was Margaret Bratton , according to numbers provided by the Connecticut Secretary of the State's Office.
As a result, Avon's 4-1 Democratic advantage on the council remains intact.

Democrat: Nathan Mahoney, Erin Dawson

Zoning Board of Appeals (Vote for up to two)
Democrat: Kerschwin Singh, Michele O'Connor
Republican: Dave Cappiello, Noell Aarons Cass
