But an Avon Free Public Library program on Tuesday, May 22, will attempt to educate feline lovers on cat behavior anyway.

His talk will discuss:
· Cats' relationships to hunting and resting and how it can lead to "drive-by" ankle biting, play aggression, early morning wake up, and food aggression.
· Their sense of identity in being a predator or being prey, which can lead to similar behaviors but can also result in fearful cats.
· Their relationship with people as influenced by the mother/kitten relationship that they learned from their mother cat.
· The relationship between hunger, appetite, metabolism and exercise.
