Program participants will join meditation guru Dave Buck for the workshop. There will even be a short meditation sitting.

Buck and his wife, Nora, have lived in South Florida for over 20 years.

He is a senior manager of Product Development Engineering with a Fortune 500 company.

But he has been meditating for over 45 years after spending two months with his teacher in India as a young man.

"He has found meditation to be an oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of the world," wrote the library in an event announcement.
