Avon Lions' 'Family Bingo Night' Promises Fun, Camaraderie

AVON, CT — The Avon Lions Club this week is hosting a special family bingo fundraiser for the causes the prominent civic organization supports.

The event — called "Family Bingo Night" — will take place Friday, Oct. 17, at the Avon Senior Center, 635 West Avon Road, Avon, at 6:30 p.m.

There, families are encouraged to play exciting bingo games for many different prizes available, all proceeds helping out the Lions Club.

In total, there will be 10 rounds of games with two cards available for $25.

"Bring the family and join the Avon Lions Club for an evening of excitement, camaraderie, and the thrill of winning at Bingo games," wrote event organizers.
