Burglary Scott Andrew Nielson, 24, of 302 Mark Ct., Woodstock, GA, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny on July 2 at 12:01 a.m. Police released him on a $10,000 non-surety bond and he was scheduled to appear in court on July 2.
