Brothers vs. Realtors Case Comes to An End
The Avon brothers claimed that they were ripped off by their realtor for the price on their family home.

Two Avon brothers who claimed they were ripped off by their realty company were deemed to have insufficient evidence and no expert testimony, reports WFSB.
A judge ruled that there was not enough evidence to convict the realty company. The case never went to a jury.
Within a week of hiring realtors from Keller Williams, the brothers were told that a young couple from down the street was ready to buy their home. The offer was $318,000.

The closing happened, and within weeks of the sale, the house went back on the market - and it was listed at $519,000. It sold eight months later for $462,500, which was $144,000 more than what the brothers received for it.
