AVON, CT — The Avon Free Public Library will present a virtual event called "Finding Inner Peace and Happiness Through Meditation" on Thursday, Nov. 21.

It will take place at p.m.

Participants are invited to learn how the regular practice of a simple technique of spiritual meditation can help people achieve a lasting state of peace and happiness.

They will be able to join Join Jim Rose, who is a retired executive of a Fortune 100 company and has also become somewhat of a meditation expert.
