Norcom Mortgage Hosts Charity Golf Tournament

Norcom Mortgage and Insurance will host its second, annual Norcom Cares Golf Tournament on Tuesday, May 24 at the Golf Club of Avon.

The golf tournament is being held in hopes to raise money for the Norcom Cares Foundation, Norcom Mortgage’s outreach division. The Norcom Cares Foundation aims to give back to local communities through various organizations and events, such as Relay for Life, Habitat for Humanity, Walk MS and Big Brothers Big Sisters, to name a few.

Last year’s tournament was a huge success with more than 90 golfers and 30 sponsors showing their support. A total of $11,152 was raised and split equally between the Norcom Cares Foundation and Focus on Canton, a non-profit community based group that is dedicated to nurturing, assisting and enabling the residents of Canton. Norcom is hopeful that the golf tournament will receive the same kind of success this year.
