Berlin Historical Society's 'Holiday Fair' Is This Weekend

BERLIN, CT — The local historical society is hosting a major fundraiser this weekend with its annual 'Holiday Fair' on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 6-7.

The Berlin Historical Society event will take place at the organization's 305 Main St. headquarters in the Kensington part of town.

Friday, the event will be from 4 to 8 p.m., while on Saturday, it will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The fair will be at the organization's museum and it will feature "our famous gift-wrapped homemade cookies, an array of baked goods and chocolate treats, Berlin-themed items, books, photo cards, pet treats, and amazing raffle baskets," wrote the historical society.

All proceeds go toward maintaining the museum and creating displays to share with the public, according to museum officials.
