BERLIN, CT — A Berlin woman is more than $11,000 richer after she bought a winning lottery ticket at a restaurant in town this week.Kristin Nadeau of Berlin bought a KENO lottery ticket worth $11,985 at Sliders Grill &amp; Bar in Kensington, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
