BERLIN,CT — A section of Route 9 in Berlin was closed after an early morning crash Thursday, according to the state Department of Transportation, but the crash is now cleared.While the accident has been cleared, traffic was still slowed after emergency road repairs were deemed necessary, according to the DOT The DOT reports the crash was on Route 9 South at the Exit 31 on-ramp, resulting in the closure of that on-ramp.
