BERLIN, CT — A serious crash on Route 9 in Berlin caused some traffic headaches for motorists late Tuesday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared. The DOT reports the two-vehicle accident, which included one overturned vehicle, was on Route 9 South between exits 33 and 32. This had resulted in the closure of the right and center lanes, according to the DOT.
