BERLIN, CT — A single-vehicle wreck on a rain-soaked Route 9 in Berlin has caused some problems for motorists late Tuesday afternoon.According to the state Department of Transportation, the crash happened at 4:02 p.m. on Route 9 southbound between exits 25 and 23.State officials said lane closures are to be expected there and it wasn't known when the crash scene would be cleared.Accidents have been reported all over the state amid a daylong deluge of rain hitting the area Tuesday.<a href="https://cttravelsmart.org/list/events/traffic?start=0&amp;length=25&amp;order%5Bi%5D=1&amp;order%5Bdir%5D=asc" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">For the full DOT traffic report, click on this link.</a>
