BERLIN, CT — A single-vehicle crash on rain-swept Route 9 in Berlin caused some traffic issues, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared. The DOT reports the accident was on Route 9 North between exits 32 and 34, resulting in the closure of the right lane.
