BERLIN, CT — A two-vehicle crash on Route 9 in Berlin Friday morning caused traffic delays for morning commuters, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared. The DOT reports the accident was on Route 9 South between exits 32 and 31`, resulting in the closure of the right lane.
