Highway On-Ramp In Berlin Slated For Closure This Week: Police
The closure is due to bridge maintenance work and it will impact traffic for about a week, police said.

BERLIN, CT — Local police are warning residents of the closure of a major means to get on Route 9 starting Wednesday night.
The Berlin Police Department has issued a traffic alert regarding the closure of the Route 9 on-ramp from Frontage Road onto Route 9 North.
Police said it will be closed starting Wednesday, June 26, for bridge maintenance and it will happen between 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The work is expected to last about a week, police said.
The good news, however, is the ramp will be open during the busy daytime hours, according to the BPD.
