Berlin Football To Play For Class M State Title At CCSU Saturday Night: UPDATE
The Berlin High School Redcoats defeated Holy Cross of Waterbury, 49-7, in Berlin in the CIAC Class M semifinals Monday.
BERLIN, CT — All through the 2025 football season, powerful Berlin High School has barely been challenged.
And that didn't change Monday night in the CIAC Class M semifinals, when the Redcoats destroyed Holy Cross of Waterbury 49-7 at a frozen Biscoglio Field at BHS.
In earning the easy win, Berlin will now play Brookfield High School, 10-2, for the CIAC Class M state championship. Undefeated, Berlin stands at 12-0, including two postseason wins.

The title game will take place at Central Connecticut State University's Arute Field at 6:30 p.m., according to the CIAC, which released the schedule on Tuesday afternoon.
BHS will be one of a dozen Connecticut teams competing for six championships on Saturday.
