BERLIN, CT — Traffic in Berlin was snarled on Route 9 after a two-vehicle accident Tuesday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation. The DOT reports the two-vehicle crash was on Route 9 South between exits 35 and 33, resulting in the closure of the right lane.
