NEW BRITAIN, CT — A fatal motorcycle crash with life-threatening injury has closed a part of Route 9 in New Britain, Connecticut State Police said. Police say Route 9 is closed at exit 28 and Route 72 is closed on the eastbound side prior to the on-ramp for Route 9 southbound. Police initially said there was a life-threatening injury in the crash.
