Vehicle Crash Cleared In Berlin: UPDATE

BERLIN, CT — A vehicle crashed down an embankment at a state highway in Berlin on Tuesday afternoon, causing lengthy traffic issues, according to the state Department of Transportation, but the accident is now cleared.

The DOT reports the accident was on Route 9 South between exits 33 and 32, resulting in the closure of the right lane.

The accident was first reported at 1:19 p.m., and it is no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
