Action Sports Building On West Main Street Sells For $1.3M: Report

BRANFORD, CT —Purchased in 1982, the now-former owner of the building at 324 W. Main St., in Branford, Paul Von Maffei, sold the home of Action Sports for $1.3 million, New Haven Biz reported.

Town records show that the 15,250-square-foot building, erected in 1970, was appraised at $856,100 and assessed at $599,300.

According to the report, Galaxy Real Estate and principal Robert Lavallee of Branford purchased the store "in a deal recorded Oct. 6."
