Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?
Because Mrs. Roy is dedicated in a way not often seen, despite many challenges. While hanging multiple posters to be compliant and help students a couple years ago, Mrs. Roy fell and broke many bones including her shoulder, wrist and part of her hip. She continued to teach with a scooter taking minimal days off. She would not sacrifice her students’ learning.
