Branford Police Arrests: Illegal Possession, Leaving a Child Unsupervised, Larceny
The following arrest information is supplied by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Martin Luther Carter, 52, of Elizabeth Street in Branford, was charged Nov. 6 with violation of probation. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 7. Arresting officer: Christopher G. Manning.
Richard A. Fillipelli, 54, of Branford Road in North Branford, was charged Nov. 6 with sixth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 19. Arresting officer: Robert Hart II.
Marion Hermann-Boiselles, 36, of Foxbridge Village Road in Branford, was charged Nov. 6 with leaving a child unsupervised. She is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 19. Arresting officer: Jay Kaufman.
