Romaine Anthony Bent, 31, of Shelton, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Noah Johnson, 27, of Mount Vernon, NY, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.

David Dimarino, 64, of Branford, was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace.
May 4
Cyrus Biehl, 27, of Hamden, was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, and sixth-degree larceny.
May 5
Jonathan David Meyers, 24, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
