Christopher Balcerzak, 43, of East Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and performing craftsman work without a license.
John A. Verab, 49, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Aug. 28
Christopher Mark Allen, 46, of Branford, was charged with first-degree stalking and violation of a protective order.
Aug. 29
Thomas Zampano, 70, of Branford , was charged with first-degree trespassing and second-degree breach of peace.
Frankie Jay Alvarez, 19, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of alcohol by a minor.
Teisha Chiaraluce, 34, of Branford, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.

Maureen E. Johnson, 64, of Seymour, was charged with creating a public disturbance.
