Richard Coker, 47, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Joseph John Riccio, 70, of Branford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct
July 18
Edan F. Calabrese, 63, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, reckless driving and failure to drive in the proper lane.
July 19
Richard David Cabrera Orellana, 22, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Alvin Carter, 44, of Boston, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault.
Jonishia Dotson, 26, of Baltimore, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct and extradition arrest by warrant.
Colt Meadows, 40, of New Haven, was charged with sale of narcotics.
Dionna Sergi, 30, of New Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery/dangerous weapon.
July 21
Alphonse M. Jacques, 45, of North Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Taylor Manchanda, 18, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
July 23
James Mackie, 43, of Madison, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
