July 10

Laura B. Warnier, 45, of Briarcliff Manor, NY, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Robert Ruggieri, 40, of Branford, was charged with second-degree threatening/physical threat and second-degree breach of peace.

July 11

Collin Sharon Howard, 20, of Derby, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

July 12

Christopher Cimino, 50, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

July 14

Peter B. Marsh, 62, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
