Wenjie He, 31, of Fresh Meadows, NY was charged with first-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny and first-degree telephone fraud.

Theodore R. Anastasio, 81, of Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.
Sept. 29
Paris K. Albino, 31, of Naugatuck, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
