Sept. 3

Denise E. Madera, 47, of Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Sonny R. Monack, 47, of Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Safaa O. Alkarsa, 30, of Branford, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment.

Samir Andre Lee, 23, of Cheshire, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Sept. 4

Elizabeth Felix, 68, of Branford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Matthew Joseph Rispoli, 39, of Branford, was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.

Jennifer Mae Welch, 40, of Branford, was charged with trespassing.

Malon Shaun Graham, 21, of Manchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, conspiracy to commit third-degree assault, fifth-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Omega Pryce, 19, of Bloomfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, conspiracy to commit third-degree assault, fifth-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Sept. 5

J Alexander Gethers, 22, of Branford, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault.

Vincent Michael Quinn, 54, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, and evading responsibility with injury/property damage.

Sept. 8

Darwin G. Valverde Guzman, 42, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Sept. 9

Suzanne Rosenzweig, 27, of New Britain, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Jonathan Vega, 25, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree breach of peace, reckless driving, engaging in a police pursuit and interfering with an officer.
