Branford Police Log June 19th through June 24th

BRANFORD, CT - Branford police made several arrests according to their most recent records. All those arrested are only charged at this time.

Arrested were:

Samantha Wood, 42, of 19 Hall Points Road, Branford, charged June 20th with illegally operating under influene of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive upon right.

Kayla Trjillo, 19, of 2 Covey Crossing, Guilford, charged June 19th, with possesion controlled substance.

Haris K. Shah, 28, of 102 Atwater Street, East Haven, charged June 20th with possession marijuana.

Sydney Lynn Piekarz, 23, of 26 Victoria Drive, Branford, charged June 19th with failure to appear in the 1st degree, failure to appear in the 2nd degree.

Gabriel Juarbe, 31, of 237 Exchange Street, New Haven, charged June 19th with operating unregistered motor vehicle, illegally operating without minimum insurance, operating motor vehicle without a license.

Katie Marie Greco, 33, of 17 Vineyard Road, Branford, charged June 19th with operating motor vehicle with handheld telephone.

Kimberly Anne Tracy, 48, of 42 Bradley Street, Branford, charged June 21st with breach of peace in the 2nd degree.

Karen E. Scott, 65, of 160 State Street, North Haven, charged June 22nd with evading responsibility, failure to drive a reasonable distance apart by motor vehicle resulting in accident.

Nicholas A. Schneidt, 22, of 151 Foxbridge Village, Branford, charged June 21st with breach of peace in the 2nd degree, sexual assault in 4th degree, unlawful restraint in 2nd degree.

Brian Edward Ross, 39, of 45 Jefferson Road, Branford, charged June 21 with operating a motor vehicle with handheld telephone.

Nicholas Maiorano, 31, of 23 Chatham Street, New Haven, charged June 21st with evading responsibility, failure to obey stop sign, operating motor vehicle without license.

Victoria Adams, 49, of 191 Queen Street, Southington, charged June 22nd with illegally operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, operating under influence with child passenger, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to display lights.

Robert Walsh, 35, of 201 Granite Road, Guilford, charged June 24th with violation of protective order.

Christopher M. Tracy, 42, of 29 Irvington Street, New Haven, charged June 23rd with criminal mischief in 3rd degree, disorderly conduct.

Jason Matias, 38, of 43 St. Casimer Drive, Meriden, charged June 23rd with criminal trespass 1st degree, interfering with officer/resisting.

Jonathan Marinellie, 44, of 420 Schoolhouse Road, East Stroudsberg, Pa., charged June 24th with extradition arrest/no warrant.

Fernando Gee, 64, of 229 Branford Road, North Branford, charged June 23rd with creating a public disturbance.

Rashawn Bryant, 25, of 146 Ivy Street, Branford, charged June 24th with larceny in the 6th degree.
