Branford Shelter Asking Help In Caring For Sick Dog
A dog who ran loose in Pine Orchard for three weeks before being corralled has numerous medical issues and Cosgrove Shelter is asking help.
BRANFORD, CT - A dog in the care of the Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter In Branford is very ill, and his medical bills are piling up.
The shelter is asking for the public’s help in paying for those bills.

“Who remembers Charlie? Our infamous dog that ran wild through the streets of Pine Orchard in Branford for 3 weeks until CT Doggone Recovery caught him!
“Charlie is being fostered and is learning about being a normal, fun loving dog that STAYS HOME But Charlie just found out from Madison Vet Hospital that he has heartworm disease, anaplasmosis, ehrlichia , and lyme disease from being on the run and having so many ticks all over him.
