BRANFORD, CT - Branford’s Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter is hoping someone will adopt a senior cat they are caring for, for the holidays.

The shelter says:

“This beautiful senior 13 year old cat has been displaced multiple times in the past few months. First her owners got divorced. Then her father whom she lived with in his home lost his house. So they moved into his truck and traveled all over the United States living in his truck.

“He ended up in Branford and realized his cat was sick and he couldn't afford to take her to vet. So we took her in. She had a urinary tract infection which we helped to clear up. She really wants to go back into a normal home and sleep next to a fireplace. She likes to sit on your lap, travels nicely in vehicles, has a sweet personality and just wants a place to call home.

“Can you give this beauty a home for the holidays?”
