O,R&L Commercial: Lockworks Square Sells For $7.25M

BRANFORD, CT — O,R&L Commercial announced the $7,250,000 investment sale of Lockworks Square, the 35,600 SF retail shopping center in downtown Branford.

Across from the Town Green, the four-building landmark center is now the home of Branford’s newest restaurants: SaltBrick Prime, a high-end 120-seat steakhouse; and the adjacent Lockworks Tavern, a more casual eatery, both of which are part of Craveable Hospitality Group.

Recent leasing activity in the center also included Cheri’s Bakery, Digestive Disease Associates, Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Centers, and Branford Tech Team.

Will Braun joined O,R&L Commercial in Branford in September 2021, and took over the leasing of the site for former owner, HB Nitkin Group of Greenwich.

In the sale of Lockworks Square, 1180-1212 Main St., Braun represented the seller and also procured the buyer, 155 New Road Madison, LLC, The Horton Group, of Madison.

The property transferred for $7,250,000.
